Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with lovely rooms offering a great view of the garden below and a very modern Japanese aesthetic. The service was excellent, with attentive staff who remembered our names and preferences. The location was extremely convenient for accessing the Tokyo subway system. However, the dining options were limited, and the hotel lacked a variety of beer choices.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. Initially, the room I got was small and disappointing, but after discussing it with the staff, I was moved to a larger room with all the facilities, which was amazing. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The dining experience was underwhelming for the price paid. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms had a great view of the garden below and a very modern Japanese aesthetic, making me feel at home. The size was reasonable for a Japanese hotel, though not exceptional considering the price. The service was pleasant and helpful, adding to the positive experience. The location was extremely convenient for accessing the Tokyo subway system, with nearby stations within a short walk. The dining experience in the top-floor restaurant of the Garden Tower was enjoyable, even though it wasn't covered by provided vouchers. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the comfort of my stay.
I had a bit of a rough start with a small and disappointing room, but after a chat with the staff, I got moved to a larger one that was just amazing. The rooms were reasonably sized for a Japanese hotel, not exceptional as you'd expect for the price, but stylish and made me feel right at home.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, the service was exceptional, and the location was extremely convenient, making it a great choice for exploring Tokyo. However, the dining options left something to be desired, and the facilities could have been better.
